I don't think so. Suzanne Collins would never want that. Think about it. She's trying to write a book about the brutality of human sadism and how totally ****ed up it is that it has become a means of entertainment. She's saying that The Hunger Games are the worst thing that could possibly happen to the government. That it's sick.
So why develop an actual game where kids are killing each other?
Sure, it'd be fun to play...but that would only make the whole book series look hypocritical.
I've thought about that, though, and after thinking about it more, I realized that making a video game would be pretty ****ed up and almost disrespectful to the author for basically turning her book--that bears a very important message--into an insubstantial product.
