There's no other record of a music album selling more than 3 million in a week even globally besides Utada. Since Abbey Road's record is "a little more than a week," it's safe to assume that if she crosses Utada's sales with her US sales, she'd have the highest weekly sales of all time.
It should be noted that Thriller only shipped about 29 million copies in the US; because of how long it stayed at the top of the charts, how much longevity it had, and how it's been burning slowly for over 30 years now, it's pretty likely that it never hit more than a million or so in a week. Other big sellers in the US are mostly the same.
