Yeah, for the most part no one is really concerned with what anyone else is doing at the gym anyway
For bicep curls I started off doing 20s, am handling 25s easily and will hopefully be doing 30 in the next few weeks. I think my brother curls like, 60-70+
If soreness gets to be a problem to the point where it interferes with your workout schedule, I recommend taking glutamine tablets. I don't know know if you can find them at the average drugstore like rite aid/cvs (maybe?), but you should definitely be able to get them at like, GNC, or ordering online. Also, taking Fish Oil pills (which you
can get literally anywhere) regularly has helped too. I used to get soreness that would go on for like, 3-4 days and would keep me from weight training 3 times a week like I'm supposed to now, until I started taking that.
