I think she looks gorgeous is the second picture, her skin is perfect.

i don't know if this is a real unphotoshopped out take from the shoot but her Skin and what is that under her armpits?
Thats funny because I saw her in concert this summer. I had stage seats and I noticed a very large scar under her right armpit whenever she would raise her arms. Its very clear she had a nasty infection there at some point. I think she had a bad case of Hidradenititis Suppurative, here is a photo of what it looks like:
