They need to plan an adds date for pop as well. I don't want this to become huge on urban like Motivation and then only get a pop adds date in August or something when it's too late.

You guys seem to be never satisfied. Everything about this song is right. It is normalllll for urban songs to first go for adds on urban and then a few weeks later on Rhythmic. That's like a normal process for urban songs.. Pop radio? Y'all aim wayyyy too high! Do you y'all realise how much it cost to add a song to pop radio? That's super expensive! It needs to first gain momentum on the other formats before you invest in pop radio's!

Urban radio is Kelly's core market right now and she is FREAKING #24 after 14 days that's MAJOR as hell, only artists like Drake and Lil Wayne are able to do that. She deserves praise like hell.

yes , but you can understand after singles ruined by terrible management why we are so concerned! because seem just kelly to have problems about release timing!we want all her singles to smash but this can't happen if she send kdl to radio pop after months , even motivation could reach the top 5 on hot 100 if her mangemnt haven't waited so much time to release the song in all formats (they have waited 4 months to send it to pop radios!)

This is half true...I don't remember motivation really doing well on pop but that could simply be because they waited too long...

Either way, like most urban songs motivation wasn't a big digital seller so I don't think it would've cracked top 5..it could've had a chance at top ten tho );

it has been certified platinum in usa alone for 1 millions copies sold!it has been a great digital seller (and it is a urban song!) , the only problem was when it was sent to pop radios the others formats was decreasing so the general airplay was decreasing too , so it managed to reach just the top 20 ! it would have surpassed 100 millions airplay , with all the three formats combined!and it would have sold more copies in half time!
