I agree. I think people mistake Ally's wide range with vocal ability. I mean, she can hit huge high notes but at the same time she has a lot of breathing problems and sometimes (a lot of times actually) she goes off-key. Especially during their harmonies together it really upsets me when Ally stands out with her falsetto. She's a terrific singer but she and Normani should get some vocal lessons. Not even lessons, I would say more so like a training or something like that.
Also, Ally is really bad at dancing It hurts to watch. Normani really brings it in that department.
Camila has always been my favorite. It's funny cuz they never showed her audition or much of her during the first episodes of The X Factor but she's been my favorite ever since she slayed her verse on "Impossible". It was just like BOOM who's this girl? And then you got to see her personality and it's so amazing and goofy and awkward and since i'm a huge fan of her I know a lot about her interests and stuff and we have so much in common. It's funny cuz i'm gay but I feel like I have a huge crush on her or like i'm in love with her or something She's EXTREMELY hot too. She got hot like all of the sudden during a break they took a while ago. Anyways, I just think she's the entire package.
I used to love Lauren, she was my favorite, but for some reason I just think she thinks she's better than everyone else. Like she has a stank attitude in plenty of interviews and I see that she tries to like be more serious and stuff and idk, it rubs me the wrong way. I still love her though and she has the brightest smile.
With Dinah, like I said earlier, I feel like she fades away in the midst of all the crazy personalities sometimes. It's weird cuz she's really young but to me she feels like the oldest. She has an INCREDIBLE voice. She has what Ally lacks which is control on her voice. That girl still shocks me sometimes with the notes she hits.
Anyways, I love them all so much. I'm in love with every single one of them and their personalities My Queens

Oh I am always trying to find 5H discussion and never seem to locate it until way late in the game. I just caught up on all 23 pages of this thread. Nice! And I love that we're allowed to admit they're not all equals here.
And Normani's voice has been really inconsistent lately, she keeps going off key.
Also, I find Camila has the most charisma. It just draws people in. And I don't have a problem that people have favorites in the group.

I actually disliked Lauren through a lot of Xfactor, I thought she must be really mean based on the expression she always had on her face. But keeping track of the group since last summer I now see that Lauren takes on a lot of responsibility in the group. Ally may be the oldest but Lauren usually must take on the big sister role of organizing things if they're on stage or on camera.
It's awkward whenever management has to intervene in front of audience. Lauren keeps that from happening so often. If someone is out of step in choreography, sitting in the wrong place, sitting immodestly, standing in the wrong place, not doing their part, missing their cue. if the girls get involved in side discussions during a Q&A and things aren't moving along or talking over each other or everyone's not getting a turn, Lauren is the one who fixes it. She ties sashes, ties shoes, fixes hats, sometimes she's even tried to fix mic packs. 9 times out of a 10 she's right, and the other girls know that, so if Lauren points, they listen.
Ally is nurturing and motherly, but Lauren is the Boss. What's funny is if Lauren is jet lagged, or over tired, this all goes out the window. She stops playing fix-it because she just cannot be bothered, and then there is a level of unchecked chaos.
Dinah I think recognizes Lauren's "taking charge" more than most of the rest of them do and will do little things now and then to rebel or purposely try to get under Lauren's skin, but she means it in good fun.
So I agree Lauren can definitely be more serious but she has one of the hardest roles in the group dynamic and I feel like it's not fully appreciated how much embarrassment she regularly saves them from.

No lies detected. The group would be one HUGE mess without Lauren
----------
But let's not forget that all of them have their strengths and weaknesses, all of them are important & Fifth Harmony wouldn't be Fifth Harmony without one of them
Fifth Harmony's Meet and Greet got cancelled at DigiFest NYC last night, and when their bodyguard told them they couldn't meet fans after the show ended, Lauren went against him and went to go meet some of the fans who were supposed to be at the M&G. Things like that are reasons why I get annoyed when people say Lauren has a bad attitude and isn't as caring as the rest.

I know she cares, it's just maybe her expressions or the way she comes across. In no way do I dislike her, she's actually my 2nd favorite but yeah, that's just how I feel.
I've seen so many M&G videos and she's a beautiful person, she cares so much about the fans. It's just the interaction with the girls, the faces she makes sometimes when others are talking and stuff. That's what I meant.
Lauren is like the "fierce" one of the group, and that's just her personality. She isn't afraid to speak her mind and when she's not in favor of something, she speaks up. That's just who she is tbh, but I agree with what y'all are saying. She really does care, but it just doesn't come across as well as the other girls. She's such a saint though
dd; i need to change my sig eventually and include a BO$$ link somewhere there
but idk how to change it to work out

What kind of hidden camera/fly on the wall post?!?
They seem so irritated with each other up until the point where they start talking about each other's attributes And then they love each other again. I think sometimes I forget they're teenage girls and they can get cranky and stuff but at the end of the day I think they really love each other Great chat btw.

Haha, more like I follow their tumblr tag and watch lot of their interviews. I specifically said when they're on stage or on camera (for interviews). Gif evidence (they're all multiple sets showing the progression of what she's doing, otherwise I would insert them into the post.)
She sees what needs to be done and does it. Even today, there's a vid of her getting out all the stools for all the girls. I do agree all the girls have their strengths.
Most of the fans love them because they're so messy and Lauren is there to care of everything and everyone but they should get some training.
Or at least teach them the basic stuff. (Which I'm pretty sure they've learned already but a revision would be nice.)
I dont want them to be all professional tho.
I saw a german article today that had a poll asking the question "Which song is going to be THE summer song?"
It listed songs such as Problem, Sing, etc. Basically, songs that are/were already hits in the US & now I'm wondering if July is too late for it to be a hit WW & not only in the US. Thoughts?
I really want them to SMASH with this single.

dd; queen lauren
mm i feel like july is kinda a bit late for all those publicists & magazines to include it,
but there is anticipation behind it and it's now coming out in less than a month (with hopefully
more updates on the whole thing), so i think the girls can possibly pull it off
& didn't check when it was released, but it's at 22 right now and peaked @ #3

I totally forgot about this chart. We managed to get MMO to #1, getting a new single to #1 wont be difficult I mean; it counts as promo...somehow..right?
