Metric’s album brings some good atmosphere vibes, Here Comes My Man, It’s Only Life, Wait A Minute, I Know Your Love, Trembling Hands, Lover To Lover, Wild Ones, Amber Waves, Chained, Octopus, Anything Can Happen, Mercy, Breathing Underwater, Start Of Something, No Surrender, & Better Dig Two are all songs that I know and like. Some abstract and hard-hitting stuff you bought so far.
rock of ages
though it kinda like glee, but i love the rock songs appearance
and glad to see sleigh bells and metric on you best of albums list
and for the songs list really happy to see comeback kid, octopus, wait a minute and anything could happen there
This is their first time here even if they were already quite popular here with their previous albums. But I'm glad that they only decided to come here now since I wasn't a big fan of them when they came out. I haven't seen a lot of their live performances so I was worried that Isaac would just sit on his piano all throughout the show but I got more than I expected. They were so lively and delivered great vocals. He even went down the stage and ran through the crowd and sang from there for awhile. He also loves talking to the crowd about different things. They're such great performers who genuinely loves their fans. I'm just surprised they didn't sing RFYL which is their latest single. Maybe they didn't think we know it. LOL. They are the last artist I've seen this year so it was a good act to close my concert experience this year.
5. There For Tomorrow/Every Avenue/William Beckett Date: June 12, 2012 Venue: SM North EDSA Skydome Opening Act: Jejaview & Drop Decay (local Filipino bands)
Quote:
As I expected. not a lot of people went to the show and I'm glad that I didn't buy the expensive tickets cause right after the opening acts were finished, people from my section was upgraded to the front and I quickly grabbed a spot right in front of the stage. I also got a pick that was thrown by one of the guitarists. I couldn't remember from which band though but I'm just happy because I always try to grab some stuff they throw out in concerts and this is my first time to catch one. All 3 bands were great and I felt very happy that I watched when I found out that Every Avenue was breaking up and will have their last tour as a band this December which means I'm one of the people who saw them this year before they officially break up. I think that the sequencing of the artists should have been switched though. William should have been the 2nd act while either TFT or EA performing last since they had livelier and more energetic sets. There was a meet-and-greet after the show and I had a pass for William so I got my EP signed and had a picture with him.
All concert videos to be posted are taken by myself using a digicam.
