Same. I think I'll go re-listen to all the albums to refresh my memory.

True confession: I don't remember what any of these songs sound like!
Just listened to "For No One" again, though. It's so lovely. My 10 was totally deserved. I can't believe it didn't even make the top forty.

“Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology)” / “Right On” / “Wholy Holy” /
“Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler)”

This track is probably the most rhythmless track on What's Going On, but it features a really nice orchestral arrangement and some nice sax. I'm honestly surprised at how far it got considering many people could easily mistake it as boring. Marvin gives us some great vocals though, and keeps us interested.

Miles' somber outro is his second track to go! This track features a nice muted trumpet and some very nice sax. Uh, like all the other songs on the album! What makes this track stand out for me is the somber piano solo and the almost regretful vibe it has. Great stuff.

Wholy Holy is one of my least favorite Marvin songs tbh. Flamenco Sketches could have stayed a little bit longer tho.

Every song on Kind of Blue should be top 20.
Marvin and MJ have too many songs left since their albums don't belong here.

"That's Not Me" is a semi-standout on the album for me because Brian Wilson is great telling a story. The song is also one of the most ethereal on Pet Sounds . An interesting story and a great soundscape is all a song really needs!

Hm, like always the Beach Boys have great harmonies yet something about the melody and the feel of the song makes it seem a lot more dated than most of the album, which has otherwise aged extremely well.
