Did anyone else do the Birthday thing today? It was cute and fun. Contributed 511 points and got 306 SB. I usually just do the SBTV app + daily stuff everyday and nothing else, so this was a great way for me to come back to the site and participate a lot more. The swagbucks alone were great as they were all 7SB per and there were quite a few throughout the day.

Anyways, the little jackpot is, through 2/28/15, the next 7 default search wins you get will be doubled in SB. So if you search and get something worth 7 SB, you'll get 14 SB instead. It's cute. More info here.

I like that new rule, but I do wish the $5 ones were still only 450 points. Regardless, I'm glad they're getting $3 Amazon gift cards because they're easier to get; I've been getting those through Bing Rewards, though, because for me, it's faster and once you have enough points, you get the reward instantly (unlike Swagbucks, which takes like, a month to give you your reward; that's the only thing I hate about it).

I entered info like my real birthday, my age, not married, etc. If I put down false information would the site know?

I did correct info + false answers for questions for mine and it worked, and I got the SB immediately as well. Though for some reason it took me like, 4 tries to actually get it. All you have to do is fill out that first page and you're good, but if you don't get it in at least 5 minutes then I'd suggest restarting your browser and filling it out again (that's what it took to work for me.)

No, I mean I like to purchase the discounted gift cards first because I save points that way. Before, I would get the 450 SB $5 Amazon, so it would be quicker for me to receive smaller amounts of Amazon credit along the way. Now, in order for me to redeem points for a discounted gift card, I'll have to wait until I amass 2200 SB. I realize that this is actually saving me 50SB per $25 Amazon credits, but I actually enjoyed receiving the small gift cards incrementally.

Honestly I'm not even gonna wait for 2200 SB I'd rather continue getting a card every other week or so than maybe every two/three.

Though I've gotten back into being addicted to Swagbucks ever since the Birthday event so maybe I won't have to do it every other week anyways. I've been getting a lot of bank recently.
