Whistles =/= better vocals, Daydream was her peak vocally, and while it does have some fillers, it doesn't have any duds at the terribly low levels of So Blessed and You're So Cold. Its highs are also higher.

But yea I guess the music from Emotions was so great she decided reusing some chords would help make her Christmas album the best selling of all time, which it did. The power!
You're So Cold is literally one of her greatest vocal moment wyd sis
