He already performed it on The Today Show back in June. And I believe he is allowed on GMA (didn't they say he could come back after the window incident?) but they've just finished their Summer Concert series. Ellen just premiered last week too, but he hasn't been there since 2008 so who knows if she would even allow him.
Other than that, there aren't really many places to promote right now.. Fall season is just starting up TV wise.
