She doesn't have any star power. A discount will at least generate some kind of awareness about her. The discount was the sole reason for HTNGU charting at #20, and will be the only way RNR has a chance of seeing the Billboard Hot 100 again.
It's bad for her name, with the second discount more people think like she can't sell records anymore. It's true she can't sell but lots of people don't know it yet.

Yes you're right. But if she'll do another discount, she shouldn't look like she's hungry for sales. There should be a reason like birthday gift
