That was a media creation. She's never said anything about the future beyond that she'll take some time off after this tour (normal and expected from any artist) and will come back.

I had issues connecting yesterday, so I have a lot to catch up on!

Anyways... First of all, I'm so excited for the Wembley concerts! I really wish I could go, but I don't have that kind of money for the concert tickets or the plane tickets. That's really going to be special.

I'm a little concerned, though. They're branding this "The Finale," and it's obviously a huge deal, but I feel like if that's the case, she's going to take a break for a much longer time, and this is how she's going to justify the longer break. I really hope I'm wrong, though. (And if she's taking a longer break, I agree with Mike that she should release a Christmas album to bridge the gap between the age trilogy and her future albums.)

Also, I'm pretty sure the tour DVD will be postponed. It's going to be released next year and feature the final concert at Wembley Stadium. That interview posted earlier said this has been in the works for a long time, so it's very likely that when she mentioned the tour DVD during the opening night of the tour, she was referring to this. Although I'm disappointed we're not getting a DVD this year, I'm really excited if we get a DVD of that performance! (I still think we should get Radio City Music Hall/BBC/Glastonbury in a DVD box set this year, though.)
