I think what nemo looked up was what states have gas stations where the employees do it for you 100% of the time. There are other states where at certain locations that is also offered, but it isn't like that all across the state

Tbh I wonder why that isn't a thing at the pump. Like if you go inside and pay it will stop at a certain amount you choose...
