I'm pretty sure it's the old lady who lives behind me.
Her family is always coming over and she probably just leaves the wi-fi open so she doesn't have to constantly remind the kids what the password is. + the connection gets stronger when I sit by the window that faces her house.
Hopefully it is hers, because she's super nice and a) would never find out it's me and b) if she somehow did, she'd understand my situation. We've been close friends with her for yearsss. Should probably ask her if it's hers.
