Is it true that Britney's new album is inspired by Diamonds or something?

I found this thread on Exhale and it says to predict the next 2 years in Britney's career and this was the OP:

2013:

- Britney announces Vegas residency to begin in March 2014.

- ''Ooh Ooh La'' becomes a surprise smash and peaks in the top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100.

- After much speculation, Britney does not attend the 2013 VMA's, sending Exhale into meltdown.

- Britney continues to work on her 8th studio album - with no solid information on a release date, fans lose hope that it will be released in 2013.

- Britney rings in the New Year in Las Vegas at a Planet Hollywood event as promotion for her upcoming Vegas residency.


2014:

- Britney officially starts rehearsals for her Vegas residency in January.

- By February, fans are still frustrated with no announcement of a single / album.

- Britney kicks off her Vegas residency in March, with mixed to positive reviews. Once again, over dramatic fans ''are done with Britney'' due to her lack of dancing, live singing and new material.

- Due to less than expected ticket sales, it is revealed Britney will finish up her short lived residency in November.

- Fans are infuriated after it is revealed that the lead single off album 8 won't be released until August / September. Speculation begins that she will debut the lead single at the VMA's.

- Britney finally releases the lead single in September. As usual, Britney delivers. It performs similarly to Hold It Against Me.

- It is confirmed Britney will attend the VMA's. Fans are infuriated after she awkwardly presents an award and doesn't perform the new single.

- Album 8 is released in early December 2014. As usual, fans are disappointed that the album isn't personal enough and not what it was originally meant to be, much like Femme Fatale. It is generally considered better than Circus and Femme Fatale, but not quite on the same level as Blackout and In The Zone like fans had hoped. It sells just shy of 300k in its opening week.

And I only removed Joanne cause I haven't really been using her lately (I'm talking over a year now) so I decided that it would be ridiculous for me to continue calling myself a stan when I have little to no interest in her or her music any more.
