I mean I'm happy she's happy but never in a million years would I have thought Kelly would get engaged so quickly. I really hope this isn't too soon.

waiT. I remember at the KCE, there were people pointing out that Kelly had a tattoo on her finger. It's a mystery because we don't know what it is. You can see a little edge of it on this picture.
