According to Kworb, the chart was last refreshed 1.8 hours ago (so roughly around 12:55). The video was posted on ATRL at 1:00, and I'd assume it was posted on ATRL mere moments after it was uploaded, so

I wouldn't expect a sudden sales increase immediately after the video came out anyway.
