It seems to me that the "Standard" and "Deluxe" are referring to the bundles, not the CD. The Standard bundle only has the CD and the litho, while the Deluxe bundle has the CD, litho, and the t shirt. When you click on each bundle, it's only states "ARTPOP CD (Explicit)" or "ARTPOP CD (Clean), it doesn't say anything about Standard or Deluxe CDs.
