Friday, the Fashion Police were happy to give Katy Perry plenty of pats on her sartorial back for the way she wore at Paris Fashion Week. The California Gurls girl really "upped her game," according to this motley crew of style arbiters which includes Joan Rivers, Kelly Osbourne, George Kotsiopoulos, and Giuliana Rancic.

Indeed, Katy Perry was dressed to impress as she went from show to show and from party to party in Paris, especially when she donned Balmain for the Maison Du Caviar do given by Karl Lagerfeld in the City of Light.

Fashion Police judge George Kotsiopoulos thought Katy looked sensational wearing the low-cut and very architectural gold-and-white frock from the designer's spring 2012 collection, a look she paired with toned down Christian Louboutin sandals.

Kelly Osbourne said Katy Perry "upped her game to another level" when she showed up looking so "unbelievable." The fashion arbiter also commented that "this is the way you should look when you break up with someone" meaning the split between the singer and actor Russell Brand.

Meanwhile, Fashion Police head honcho Joan Rivers agreed with Kelly that Katy Perry was not only best dressed during Paris Fashion Week, but best dressed celebrity of the week in general as far as the E! Entertainment TV show is concerned.

Some are saying Katy has a very private show in LA tonight.. which would explain the photo up there... but not sure if that's correct... maybe even prepping for the shows she has coming up that we DO know about? I danno! SO MUCH is secret lately! I can't handle it, LOL!
