How can you know that some assignments will raise your grade, but the quiz won't?

What if your two assignments lift you to .01 below an A? Wouldn't the quiz push you ever the edge?

All three assignments are for different classes, and for online classes you can put in a score and it will tell you what your grade will be if you got that score so I put in a 0 for the quiz and it only lowered my grade 1 percent and only raised it 1 percent if I got a 100 so I'm not going to do it

Okay hi I'm up after my 8 hour sleep
