Including features last year was when the Urban comeback started. Pharrell (Happy), Juicy J (Dark Horse), and Jason Derulo/2 Chainz (Talk Dirty) went T3. And the rest of the T5 was John Legend (All Of Me) and Beyonce/Jay-Z (Drunk In Love). ATRL was cray that week.

And? I don't see how that's any different from Tanisha Thomas and Natalie Nunn from Bad Girl Club, New York from Flavor of Love or the women from Basketball Wives.

None of those people have anything going on for them, hence why they're doing reality television. Joseline IS the star of Love & Hip Hop: ATL. That show lives and breathes through her and the Stevie dynamic. She's a personality, and an entertaining one at that. You can't say the same for Mimi before or after her sex tape, Erica, Rasheeda or any of those other useless fodder on that show.

The cool thing about Rap is unlike Pop they don't hold on to the same stars for 10-20 years. The way Rap cycles every 5 or so years. The top rappers in 2010 compared to 2015 are a whole different room, and it seems ancient to compare 2005 rappers to 2015. But that's also the worst part, so much is changing. Some of the trends/rappers now are just...

I'm glad you mentioned this. It's so weird how some rappers were so huge back in the day, but they never transitioned into legend status and dried up commercially. 50, Ja Rule, and Nelly are just It makes me wonder where the likes of Drake, Kendrick, Cole, ect. will be in 10 years.
