Omg I grew up in the suburbs too
It was full of rich white people who let their kids drive around in golf carts
our high school had a golf cart parking lot and there were roads throughout the city just for golf carts
The last part reminds me of when I first came to college, my friends wanted me to go with them to some haunted house and the only thing I was thinking about was "Wait is this area restricted? No. Cops are not fun. Let's not go. No I've never talked to a cop before other than them giving me a lollipop"
I've had such a sheltered life in the suburbs. But I loved it tbh
