There you go again, assuming. If thats not the case, lets not talk opinion, lets talk facts.
RATED R: 1st single Russian Roulette, the album started off pretty good, but began to slow down after x-mas season.
2nd Single: Hard, kept the album at a modest pace.
3rd Single: RUDE BOY! this saved the album, commerically, people went out and bought RATED R and the SINGLE. IF you noticed RATED R averaged some great numbers while Rude Boy was at a peak!
LOUD:
1st single: OG, LOUD starts out amazing, and keeps it flowing very well
2nd single: WMN? Loud continues to stay in and out the Top 10, and shifting some great numbers
3rd single: S&M- with LOUD averaging 25k a week, I think S&M will boost it up, maybe 35-55k?

Who Knows?
If singles didnt help the album, why have an album, just release songs, and let them sell.
