The material is better this time around, she's making music unlike her previous albums, she looks hot (gone are the days of baby powder for foundation and bleached eyebrows) and she's having a good time. You are pretty much confirming Gagag is way below her previous competition (Rih, Katy, beyst) and she is only comparable with the likes of britney and Demi Lovato
Dangerous Woman struggling to sell half of My Everything when it was released a year and a half after and has a handful of hits too.
I think the reason for her sudden drop is it just feels like Ariana's career is one single era. All her songs could basically be on each album, she doesn't take a break, and her sound everytime is nothing majorly changing.
When she starts a new era it isn't really noticeable.
It's a stain in her otherwise thought-provoking discog.
