where is this percentage coming from? Central America, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, even some parts of Colombia (my neighbors are from Calí and the entire family uses "vos" exclusively) all use "voseo" extensively, even more than "Túteo" both are recognized as formal part of the language.

latinos in the US from those countries are definitely more than 5%

When Libya eventually rebuilds itself democratically, those "deeply flawed" decisions will be revered. You know, like Kosovo.

Chile don't use voseo, but the rest do (at least in places) I believe. Didn't know it was prevalent in in Colombia at all though, no one I met used it in Bogotá or Cartagena

And I still don't see how one can blame Hillary for Syria. Literally every global superpower besides Russia armed the rebels. As for some of the arms ending up in the hands of ISIS, Russian arms have too. In fact, they just destroyed an empty American tank using Russian weapons in one of their propaganda videos.
