Which brings me to this... I know we are a big part of Katy's success, BUT the general public is a HUGE part...
But no matter what, I'd love to try and get a good bunch of ppl that can buy multiples of the song... but the question is WHEN is the BEST time? In my mind, and please do correct and/or fix where I'm wrong... if we can wait a bit and let the song playout.. and then get that bunch of multiples when it's at/near it's peak... it may not do a darn thing, but it'll be fun (I want to do a contest/giveaway) and hey, more sales is more sales. Typically, the higher up songs get in the charts, the less the difference between them... like it doesn't take much for one to take over the other/fall down/ect...
I just want to come together EVEN MORE as a team of KatyCats and give Roar, and Katy, the best success is CAN have. Missed opportunities SUCK1

I'm not sure when the best week will be cause its too soon to tell. My thought as of now is the week the music video drops. It will most likely be #1 streaming cause Katy always gets high views on first week with her videos, and it will most likely have very high airplay by then, so the last element to go #1 would be the sales. Btw if you buy say 20 copies of Roar it will only count as 1 sale. To get it to count as more than one you need separate iTunes accounts which would be a huge hassle, or the other option is you can gift the song. The sale isn't processed though until they claim the gift via their email. Basically if you want to help with sales either tell people to buy it themselves or if your feeling generous gift it
