I think she's had her nose done at least 3-4 times. The first couple were obvious, but since then it's just been to refine and make it fit her face more. I don't think she's had any real procedures on her face in a long time. Possibly had an eye lift, but I'm not sure when.
She clearly gets fillers/botox but it's been in good taste. She was starting to get veiny and gaunt circa 2006, and I think the combination of weight gain and well-judged routine cosmetic work has made her age very gracefully into her 50s.
