That's what I'm getting from what Keyshia Cole said in the link you posted.

It sounds like Nicki's headlining her own tour in March instead of joining somebody else's like she previously said.

Tbh, I don't even know what a vinyl record is, heard of them before though. I would think any sale would go towards Soundscan sales.
