It's just a little awkward, where she is in touring b/c she's hugely global (unlike the other girl hihi) but she doesn't command any territory where she could play stadiums except Australia. Next era I expect stadiums (if she stays successful). |
Yeah fine I get the whole "you can't rush art" thing but let's not act like Katy's releases are getting mad acclaim or anything. The time she takes isn't proportional to the quality we receive. That's the issue.
It's foolish to bank on the future, anything can change in an instant in the pop world (especially for a 30-something). Counting chickens before they hatch (playing arenas in hopes of playing stadiums next time) wasn't a smart idea. It was a poor use of time and effort.
Guaranteed if she had some stadium dates during PRISM tour they'd have sold out.
The melody is so similar to Dark Horse, I assumed it was one of the concepts she came up with for its instrumental and decided not to use
