OOTB is my fave after TD maybe because of how cohesive it is, but the production is so cheap. I do like what you guys are saying about how it is more personal. However I don't like ballad heavy albums either.

TD is just pop perfection. And smh @ people implying TD fans stan for success. We'd be stanning Adele or Taylor in that case

Yeah, OOTB's production is just cheap. But tbh I think the production on some of TD's album tracks is cheap too.

Nothing on PRISM sounds cheap, just very meh.

TD has the lowest lows of Katy's discog. But the highest highs are in PRISM and TD.

Anyway I'm glad she only has three albums. It makes everything to concise and easy to compare, and I'm not constantly forgetting about entire parts of her discog. Hoping she has a long fruitful career tho. (she already has but yeah)

Agreed. Her at her best and most unique

Although her vocals hVe strengthened. Still, I love how grungey they were and how unique she sang/sounded back then. It was quirky and interesting

I think musically and artistically (funny word when talking about Katy), OOTB is her best and most cohesive work. OOOTB and TD are both great with few lows, imo. prism? Not the same...

If 'One Of The Boys' was re-recorded with 2015 vocals and production, it would be her best album.

But it's not. It's recorded with 2006-2008 vocals and production. Which makes it her worst. It's not a pleasing listen.
