It's Photoshop! I did it earlier to see if i could see the stage clearer but it made it like a rainbow cuz of bad quality in the White light in the photo :/

I hope Gaga stay at one color in her wigs this tour, like in tmb she have a yellow one but different styles and that yellow wig became a signature-Lady Gaga-wig. BTWB wigs are so messy tbh.
I love the way she encouraged her fans to be so free and come like they do to the show, I'm really waiting for videos when they start throwing things at her
