Literally no idea what iTunes Match is. I keep seeing it everywhere.

I think iTunes Match examines audio that you have on your computer and like, makes it available in the cloud or something. So it would see that you have ARTPOP and make it available for you to download in iTunes quality. This is how other albums leak in iTunes quality before they're actually put onto iTunes. But you have to pay for the service so we'd have to find someone who actually has it to try it.

Ermm, just finished my first listen, I know the whole album is a grower and will grow in me just like Applause (Which is one of the best songs on the album ), but I can't help but feel that BTW is a MUCH better album, and I felt instant in love with it on the first listen, I don't know if I'm biased because 2011 was the best year of my life, but... There's something really special about it, and like somebody said early in this thread (Queen Bea. i think?) Gags really wants the generic pop listeners back, and that caused a drop in lyrical quality, but it's not a bad album by any means, I was just waiting more I think?

I can't rank the songs yet, but my instant favorites are ARTPOP, Gypsy, MANiCURE and... (So guilty for saying that) Fashion!

I hate it so much

I like it because:

- I think it features her best studio vocals (on par with DWUW).
- It has a distinct rock sound
- Her + DJWS's syncopation is RIGHT on
- The change in the pre choruses both times from simple 4 is epic
- "Salon's enough for ha" fits incredibly well into the beat

I basically feel like there's a lot of attention to detail. Everyone knows that electronic music is the easiest to make, so I appreciate the effort that's gone into this unique track.
