I think they ignore any request they think is coming from a stan. They also don't like when people request a song at a station nowhere near where they live. So basically they only want you to request at your local stations.

I'm from the UK and I thought Party in the USA peaked within the top 10. I can't believe it only peaked at 11. WCS has been top 40/50 on iTunes just from preorders so I hope this will translate into a good chart position when the track is actually released.
