dont' be worried about her speech. we all know gaga is capable of delivering an amazing speech. but, then again, we might not be dealing with the same Gaga we had pre-ARTPOP
Honestly though, this is the first time this era that Gaga has brought out some kind of reaction in me other than "I loved that, she killed it". She hasn't done that for me since the 2009 VMA's tbh. So kudos to her if that was her goal.
