That thread is basically like HQ, in this sense: "'Constructively' criticize members, their avatars/signatures/gifs, their threads, their posts". I dunno about in the earlier pages, since I wasn't around then and I can't be bothered to read through it, but these days it's just "You know, so and so's trolling has really gotten out of hand" and stuff like that. It, at least the most recent pages, has nothing on NHB lol.
It barely gets used anyway.
I only witnessed the last days, with cornE drags.
Not to say SYG isn't either, but at least that thread is relevant to what ATRL is about.
