[Matthew, Kristen, and Rigel entered Mr. Trump's Boardroom]
Mr. Trump: Hello candidates! My mind is all made up now no further questions are needed.
Mr. Trump: What am I looking at here tonight? Three members who are not new to the final boardroom. Strangely enough, all three of you have been here once and this is your second time. Matthew, Shawn put you in here in Week 1. Simon, you lost as PM in Week 3. And foxaylove I just saw you last week.
A tough decision to make now!
quiqui4eva (Matthew), Disappointment cannot express how I feel about you right now. You stated in a comment that you want this role as project manager when Edi was named as Surplus new project manager. The major loss in this task could have been prevented. You didn't know what you're doing with the task. The only thing you focused on was reminding Cosmo to bids. That is not enough I'm afraid and you also didn't earn full respect from your team members. Even yet you hardly showed up and you contributed the least out of all. Another mistake is by not nominating Rigel in here as his major mistake was repetitively bidding the MOST for Surplus' models.
foxaylove (Kristen), this is your second time in the final boardroom, you did so so in this task and liked you said you have the highest bidding female model. However that is not enough as male models dominated the gross charitable profits in this date auctions. The past is long gone now and you ranked "supreme" in sales task in week 1. You won as project manager but if this Cosmo losing streak lasts any longer I don't know if your survival in this game can be feasible. However, you have nothing to worry about as I feel you don't belong in this final boardroom. You had the most bids in your team, and didn't make as many mistakes as others.
simon2011, I haven't seen you in here for awhile, could you say that you made more mistakes this week than previous weeks? I am not sure if you belong here but the project manager didn't not take care of things correctly. You could have been picked to be in here blindly. Again, your bidding was consistent and you and Kristen are extremely vigil with the date auctions.

Mr. Trump: Matthew, you are young and inexperienced! You have a lifetime ahead of you to do great things but this is the end for you. You made too many mistakes. Even as the new Cosmo project manager you were outdone by you team. Lack of "effective & strategic" communication led your to team to its downfall. You also told me countless time that you have limited free time. Thank you for being in this interview tournament. It was a pleasure to know you as a person. Good luck with your endeavors!
