Personally I don't think so either because she doesn't have to follow the platform (and because the house would never agree to that), but people will get mad at her if she doesn't follow through on her promise

We have the resources but we chose not to do early voting because our congress (republican controlled) didn't want to

Hillary's approvals will likely shoot up after the election. I also imagine Congress trying to block her and "investigate" her will backfire on them.
