Besides, Happy's a "summery" song, so it fits the vibe of what will be overplayed in the next few months. Wouldn't be surprised if it still had over 200M AI in July.

Definitely not imo. Over 100m may happen tho. And top 30 on iTunes.
I don't know anyone who isn't sick of that song by now. It's probably all soccer moms now who are just hearing it for the first time and buying it on their iPhones. Mess.
I don't think Pharrell is gonna get 17+ weeks. His airplay is already declining (he'll be near or below 100M AI by July - that's 2 1/2 months away) and so will his sales & streaming. He's peaked. The next month or so, he'll still be #1, but his lead will weaken. I think he has like a month left on top.
I'm hoping Sing really blows up in the next few weeks. It's kinda Pharrell replacing Pharrell, BUT
What's there to challenge him? I mean, I'd really like for John to be able to do it (and he could if he got discounted after he passed Pharrell in overall AI), but even so. "Birthday" might do it, but that's a long ways away. Same with "Sing"

He doesn't have a challenge for at least 5 weeks imo. I think he could get 13-14 weeks on top.
I'll only accept this if "Birthday" follows "Happy" on the Hot 100 for puns' sake.
