It was though. Bar 2 positions due to z100 playing it.
Loyal is far bigger, has way more impact, and will be far more remembered etc than DTE.

"These Hos Ain't Loyal" will be quoted and referenced for years (it already is)
Don't Tell Em will end up getting forgotten and mixed up with all the other DJ Mustard songs of the moment.
