Cats are most active late at night/early in the morning so at like 1 AM when I am trying to sleep my cat will come in my room completely energized and trying to play with me and I'm just like no kitty I need to go to sleep

My cat never seems like she's in any pain or anything - she still walks fine and can jump and everything, and is still super friendly. She just walks kinda like an old lady, and her thighs are so saggy they touch the floor.

It's just annoying trying to keep her fed and making sure she doesn't piss on anything because apparently she has something against the litter pan

I don't have a cat. They're just not as cute, fun or energetic as dogs to me.

I had a Maltese years ago named Marley but he got hit by a car. Luckily, he turned out alright but we ended up giving him up anyways. Now about two or three years ago we got Casey, a female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and she's been great. Then about three or four weeks ago we got Cosmo who's the same breed but male. So far they're not getting along at all. Plus, Cosmo doesn't know better so he's doing his business all over the house, teething and biting everything, etc. I would be devastated to have to experience one dying or having to put one down, though.
