Yeah I totally get that. My poor arms when lip syncing....
u just know she is lippping when she starts overcompensating with hand movements hair flips, and stuff... when she is singign she usually makes funny facial expressions and walks uncomfortably around the stage GOD BESS HER

The highest notes in those parts seem to be an F6 (if theres higher notes like a 7th octave note she has in others songs, it pretty much confirms that its whistle)which can be both, but the timbre in the last one especially sounds like whistle to me.
