Since it's your avatar, I don't think it's warnable. Had it been from some other hosting site, yeah it's off limits everywhere.

That's not what I was asking. There was a blog I posted in, and another user (who takes every opportunity to have a jab at in me in HQ or anywhere else) posted right after me to shade my reply with a picture of me (my avatar).

So if it's an avatar, then it's ok?
