HBTB is ****ing awful. But she does have some decent songs like Young & Beautiful where coincidentally she doesn't fully sing in that annoying whispery/incomprehensible tone. |
I don't know about others, but I honestly enjoy High by the Beach. It's very different from the rest of the pop songs out these days and it's very catchy to me.
I'm a casual listener of Lana's, but she comes out with these really good songs sometimes and gets me hooked for a while (e.g. Shades of Cool to name the most recent one before HBTB).
It's not always about belting and screaming.
