I'm not understanding why Katy didn't submit her Prismatic World Tour into Best Long Form video she had 2 available to submit the Netflix one and the TV one perhaps she wants a actual win and not a video win for her 1st grammy

I think she could have submitted both the EPIX special (out in March) and the DVD (out in October), no?. But since she's most likely not attending the next ceremony and that would be her only possible nomination, she is probably waiting till next year to submit it, as she will have new and eligible music by then (hopefully).

The PWT Live concert movie was available for streaming on Netflix starting June 26 2015. I think that's what Beautiful Liar was referring to.
