Musically changing doesn't neccessarily mean country music, thats inevitable later in her career. She probably means love songs & ballads as opposed to breakup anthems. If she does do a country thing then it means more music while we wait for her new album

Agreed. I really hope she works with some amazing songwriters and producers. I want a quality album that actually showcases how talented she really is. I feel like her songs don't do her justice at all. And I hate that often her musical taste and the covers that she does is far superior to much of her own material.
