personally I haven't conversated with Lipton, but I know they hired him recently, I believe in the last round of hiring mods back in late 2011

Also I was wondering if we could get the unpopular opinions thread re-opened. I think it was with the intentions of saying something unpopular, in a non-SYG way, but I also noticed UKMIX had theirs

I was recently viewing the Reports and Warnings of March and I was a bit surprised. While I was banned half the month. I still received a lot of reports, 6 o which were from Simon, an unfortunate banned user who is widely disliked and clearly taking out his frustration on my innocent posts.

There is a section to see which user reported other users and the most 1 person reporter another was him to me, he reported me 6 times over 15 days, who has that type of time?

The poor troll was banned after receiving 25+ reports, I don't know what his problem is but his excessive unnecessary reporting should be stopped when he returns. He is wasting all the mods time

Nothing about it was offensive or broke the rules in the slightest...
It was literally a discussion.. like I can't see the logic in closing it? It's not as if I was allowing any room for celebrities to be dragged or anyone to be negative, it was simply just asking for opinions.
