Week 7: Cosmo Auction Loss
BOARDROOM MEETING
In TRUMP BOARDROOM...
Outside the lobby,
Team Cosmo: [crickets]
Mr. Trump: [Let them in] on phone
Secretary: You may step in now. Project Manager sits in the middle.
[smiles]
[Matthew is extremely nervous!]
[5 Cosmo candidates entered Mr. Trump's Board Room]
Mr. Trump: Alright! What is the deal here!?!... is team Cosmo cursed? How did Cosmo manage to lose this task when clearly everyone put a lot of effort to bid? No one care to communicate and check to see if you're bidding on Cosmo models?!?!
Mr. Trump: I haven't made up my mind yet so spill the details. Anyone can answer my question above.
foxaylove: Good question! They got extremely lucky. I thought our project manager lacked a game plan and could have made strategies like get everyone to say the name of the models they submitted that way we know which my models to bid on and not bid on. Also if we had did that, we could have recruited outside members to come and bid strictly on our models.
simon2011: Sounds true. After the submission, I did a lot of biddings and observed how the game was running, but the problem is that I predicted it wrong as well as the whole team, we all thought that Item #15 is Cosmo's should you fire the whole team home?
foxaylove: BISH PLEASE!
Mr. Trump: Alright, alright! We all know that you bid on the wrong person. But couldn't you two, project manager or not, speak out and start to ask each which model belongs to team Cosmo.
foxaylove & simon2011:
Mr. Trump: Rigel, you're being very quiet. So who do you think failed?
UnusualBoy: I think none of us failed, but I would send Jay (fiercE) home.
fiercE: Sir, UnusualBoy and team Cosmo did stupid biddings! They focused on 2 Items.
simon2011: May I speak sir.. fiercE has the least bids, least attendance, and least contribution to the task, so I think it's time for him to go.
Three Cosmo Boys: [arguments and cockfights]
Mr. Trump: Kristen, now you're being quiet... ?
foxaylove: I don't agree with Rigel and Simon. Sadly, I think Quiqui and failed the most out of the whole team. The biggest mistake we made was obviously bidding on someone who was on the opposite team. Our PM failed to solve this mistake. Again, QuiQui lacked a game plan for our team.
quiqui4eva: Mr. Trump, ... I did good maybe telling them not to give up, which is really a good key to help make teamwork. But as I said, I could have made strategies. I did work a lot on this challenge, and I really did try my best!
Mr. Trump: Okay Matthew, would you care to tell me how you feel they did?
quiqui4eva: 1. fiercE (because he did SO MUCH work on the bidding.)

The only reason I put foxay was because she did not do a lot of bidding, and neither did I. But I understand that we both balance this competition with our homework. I would not like to lost any of my teammates in the boardroom. Everyone did exceptionally well.
The other team barely did as much bidding, but they put good effort in choosing the models!!!!! Especially Edi, who sent in 4 models!
foxaylove: I completely disagreed with that. I thought I did great in this challenge. My female model brought in the most bids for the girls and My guy, Nick didn't do too bad. He didn't get too high of bids because he placed at the end of the auction. I had the most total bids out of any team, so I feel I did great.

I had the most bids according to the cold hard facts. THE NUMBERS DON'T LIE!!!
Mr. Trump: Points taken! Alright lets not stretch this any further. So boys, what do you think of your YOUNG project manager?
UnusualBoy: I'll start Mr. Trump. He was really nice, sending us message of welcome and good luck, he was a nice leader, I can't complain about him at all. 90-100% AWESOME
simon2011: I don't think he's a good manager, maybe he's too positive or too confident on our team winning this task, he just encouraged us while barely giving any advice or strategy to win the task. 60-74% NOT TOO GREAT
foxaylove: 75-89% GREAT JOB. All my reason stated already Mr. Trump.
fiercE: TERRIBLE! quiqui4eva - she's/he's a bad PM and should be fired Mr. Trump.
You should not listen to Rigel and Simon. I did okay, IDK every time I'm online I bid.
Mr. Trump: Matthew (quiqui4eva), which two members are you choosing to go into the FINAL BOARDROOM with you.

Please don't hate me, I am very sorry, you did great this challenge, so please do not feel bad about yourselves not doing good enough. Thank you KT(Mr. Trump)! I am nervous!
Mr. Trump: Jay (fiercE) and Rigel (UnusualBoy) you both may return to the suites and relax for now; you all are safe for this week, you need to work a lot harder next week.
Matthew (quiqui4eva), Kristen (foxaylove), and Simon (simon2011) go out in the lobby and wait as we deliberate. I will see you back here in the boardroom in half an hour. Somebody will be FIRED.
