There's no promo lined up so far. Rumor has it she'll perform at the AMA's but there's no confirmation of that so far.
Problem on the other hand had tons of promotional gigs the week(s) it came out.
Honestly, Adele is not the reason she's flopping that bad. Look at Bieber's "Sorry", it hasn't outpeak Adele's Hello at all and is still doing absolutely amazing.
Donut gate could be a reason, her diva like behaviour as well as that chorus.
