Theres another film that kinda reminds me of Sinister in terms of the found videos kind...
Just finished watching Vile... it's not bad actually... yes it has it's flaws and yes some of the acting is kinda bad but you can see where it tries and the gore doesn't look like that of a low budget (it looks more realistic than the opening trap on Saw 7 ever could) I'd give it a 5.5-6/10

I think Specter looks really interesting... it starts off like a documentary on a disaster and turns into some creepy horror film I have a feeling the trailer makes it look more interesting than it will be though... and 3 horrors in general or 3 from the last year or specific year..??

I've just finished watching it too Overall I think the idea of the movie is great, some actors/actress are good but some are just a flop It's more disturbing than Saw imo but it's not better.

That blonde woman they gave a ride to and the woman on the video were both terrible actors...
that semi-chinese girl had what was coming to her though
I'm 45 minutes into American Mary and so far it's really good... it's such an unusual film

It's actually a really good film... it's such a strange film though... the gore is realistic but it's not that gory... it's no worse than the Saw films in terms of gore... I'd give it a 7/10 tbh

I do partly agree with you. For its time though I feel like it does a good job as it does have some good moments. While it wasn't very scary I did enjoy it.
Kevin should have kept the story line from The Following for Scream 5. I can see Sarah's character being replaced with Kirby from S4 and Ryan being replaced by Neve. It'd be great

Well there were obviously some graphic scenes unsual for the time.
Those couldn't carry the boring movie though imo
